We will issue you a refund, by check, equal to one month of your annual Maintenance Agreement premiums with no questions asked. It’s that simple!

We are so sure you will be delighted with our services; we put our money where our mouth is.

Rules:

  1. Customer accounts must be current (30 days or less) on Maintenance Agreement premium payments.
  2. This offer is good only once during each 12 month Maintenance Agreement period, which begins on the date of Agreement signing or P. O. effective date (the Maintenance Agreement anniversary date).
  3. A check will be delivered to you approximately 6 weeks from the date we receive your statement of dissatisfaction.
  4. You agree to help us resolve your dissatisfaction and provide you service that exceeds your requirements (within the terms of your contract).
