We will issue you a refund, by check, equal to one month of your Annual Maintenance Agreement premiums with no questions asked. It’s that simple!
Rules
- Customer accounts must be current (30 days or less) on Maintenance Agreement premium payments.
- This offer is good only once during each 12-month Maintenance Agreement period, which begins on the date of Agreement signing or P. O. effective date (the Maintenance Agreement anniversary date).
- A check will be delivered to you approximately six weeks from the date we receive your statement of dissatisfaction.
- You agree to help us resolve your dissatisfaction and provide service that exceeds your requirements (within the terms of your contract).
